The Greater Lafayette Kennel Club, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit educational organization and was formed with the following objectives:

• Promote education and training of dog owners;
• Further the advancement of all breeds of dogs;
• Protect and advance the interests of all breeds of dogs and encourage sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and performance events; and
• Conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows, and performance events under the rules of the American Kennel Club.

Monthly meetings are held the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM.  The Corresponding Secretary can provide information regarding the meeting location.  Anyone interested in promoting pure-bred dogs in the conformation ring, or either pure-bred and mix-breed dogs in obedience trials, other performance events or as companions is welcome to join. Family, individual and junior membership options are available.

The Club sponsors various dog events as well as canine programs in the community as a public service. Conformation, obedience and agility classes are held throughout the year.
